All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include your tracking details where applicable.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
2. UK Shipping
We offer tracked delivery within the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery time:
2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally to selected destinations.
Europe
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
United States
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 working days after dispatch.
Australia
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 12 working days after dispatch.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly displayed on our website.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Nelo Little Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
If an order is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping costs or carrier fees will be deducted from your refund.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
If your parcel appears lost, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and keep you updated.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge a redelivery fee.
